You can use our site to view the multimedia content of our production and, where indicated, participate to our blogs. You can also use our on-line virtual shopping cart system to order our products or to ask more information about them.
If you need more information on a product or communicate something to us, please write us.
The payment can be done by wire transfer or, when possible, by C.O.D. (cash on delivery). or PayPal
You will receive first an e-mail confirmation of your order containing the data you inserted and later more information to do the payment together with a confirmation of the availability of the products or the aproximate time necessary to get and deliver them to you.
Please, unless otherwise specified, execute the wire transfer only after receiving the confirmation that the products have been forwarded to our shipping department.
Sorry, due to the long time necessary to get a cheque paid and the security concerns associated, we do not accept cheques of any kind.
Please check the email address you insert in the registration form because the order confirmation will be sent to that address only.
The personal data you will insert will be kept confidential and treated with manual and electronic procedures.
According to art. 13 of Law 675/96, our customer has the right to access his personal profile data asking for corrections, integration, and, if applicable, the deletion or block.
According to privacy laws, except in case you have given your express authorization to receive information about offers and promotions, the information you will insert will be used exclusively in the commercial and shipping procedures necessary to sell and deliver to you the ordered goods:billing, shipping, tracking of thre shipping, accomplished by us or our suppliers for us.
We remark you to not insert sensitive information like credit card numbers or any other information you do not want to be transmitted or confirmed via standard e-mail.
In case a legal problem should arise, competent jurisdiction will be Rome.

If you buy a new product of the same type on our site you can get rid of the product that will be collected by specialized operators free of charge at your location and brought to the treatment plant for disposal.
Contact us to arrange for pickup at your home.
